These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777sb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://777sb.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, participation in betting markets, casino games and promotional offers.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person, not a legal entity or corporation.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not located in, and are not a resident or citizen of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, closed or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the law of your jurisdiction.

Registration of more than one Account per individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777sb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide, at minimum:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A strong, unique password of your choosing.
• Your date of birth and, where required, your residential address.
• Confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777sb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

777sb is required to carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud-prevention obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Where cumulative deposits exceed applicable thresholds.
• Where unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the Account.
• At any time at our reasonable discretion.

Acceptable KYC documents typically include:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, documentary evidence that the payment method used belongs to the Account holder.

Until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held. 777sb accepts no liability for any delay in processing withdrawals resulting from incomplete or failed KYC submissions.

Deposits to your 777sb Account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. You must not use any payment method belonging to a third party. The Platform may accept various payment channels familiar to users in Pakistan — the cashier section displays all currently available and supported deposit methods.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of the deposit transaction. 777sb does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks.

Deposited funds are held in your Account balance and are used to place wagers or play casino games. 777sb does not pay interest on Account balances.

You may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 777sb.
• The withdrawal amount must not include any Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• The withdrawal must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier.
• Your Account must not be subject to any active investigation, hold or restriction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever this is technically feasible. Processing times vary by method and by the outcome of any applicable security review. 777sb will make reasonable efforts to process verified withdrawal requests promptly.

777sb reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Where a withdrawal is delayed due to a pending security or KYC review, we will notify you by email.

From time to time, 777sb may offer bonuses, reload promotions, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives to registered Users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier and qualifying game restrictions are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until the Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• Bonuses expire on the date and time stated in the promotion terms. Unmet Wagering Requirements on expired bonuses will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• 777sb reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any bonus amounts referenced on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 10,000" or "PKR 25,000 welcome package") are illustrative and subject to published promotion-specific terms.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged after confirmation except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is available and the User elects to use it.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game, the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for ICC matches, or the Pakistan Super League organisation for PSL fixtures) will be used as the definitive reference.
• Where a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, 777sb reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to any applicable delay rules. 777sb accepts no liability for bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined but before in-play markets are suspended.
• Casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live-dealer systems. All outcomes are determined by the game engine in accordance with the published RTP and rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeit of funds pending investigation:

• Opening more than one Account per individual.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers or other software tools to interact with the Platform.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith.
• Breaching any applicable law, regulation or third-party right in connection with your use of the Platform.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, design elements, written content, data compilations and visual materials, are owned by or licensed to 777sb. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in those intellectual property rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777sb shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistical data or promotional material.
• Any losses resulting from gambling activity, including the loss of deposited funds through wagering.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account caused by your own failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

777sb is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help users maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logout after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close your Account or suspend access for a defined or indefinite period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of the time and money spent during a session.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the law of your country of residence. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may govern their participation and that compliance with applicable local law remains their personal responsibility.
